Unless you schedule a private flight you would be flying with others. Depending on the time of year it could be anywhere from 4 to 8 to 16 on-board. And honestly, its a lot of fun with others as well. Everyone has a good time and you save a few hundred bucks and get the same experience.

REFUND POLICY: We don’t need one. We don’t take your money until you actually fly, unless you purchase a gift certificate to give to someone. Unfortunately gift certificates are non-refundable but I’ve never had anyone who wanted a refund on one anyway. We don’t need deposits or credit card numbers to hold a date. Just your name and phone number.
To purchase a gift certificate just give us a call. We don’t have online purchasing because we prefer to have a closer relationship with our clients and customers. Calling us gives us the opportunity to explain balloon flights to you and also answer any questions you may have.

We may not be the cheapest flight service out there. We are not trying to be. Our rates are based on what it actually costs us to operate a safe and professional, FULL TIME, fully insured, flight service, not what competitors charge. Remember, we are a locally owned and operated company, not a nationwide ticket agency. We do our own scheduling, own our own equipment and take care of our customers personally. There is a difference and you will see it if you are shopping around.
We could be cheap if we wanted to. The saying, “You get what you pay for”, is true in all aspects of life. Do you want to leave the ground in a “get what you pay for balloon”? We wouldn’t either. We operate up to date equipment, whether it is our aircraft or the chase vehicle, and we maintain our equipment above the minimum standards required by the FAA. Our pilots and crew rate among the most experienced in the region. And our safety record is unblemished.
